Gavin Shepheard – Managing Director (Executive Vice President)
Starting out in the telecoms software industry in the US in 2001, Gavin has a comprehensive background in software sales. Since joining Commerce Decisions business development team in 2004, he has built up an impressive sales track record and has acquired extensive experience and knowledge of both the procurement industry and software sales.
Appointed Sales & Marketing Director in 2012, Gavin’s focus is on sustainable growth; retaining and growing existing core markets as well as developing new business from international markets and partnering. Having consistently delivered outstanding results, Gavin joined the Leadership team in 2016, playing a key role in the strategy and direction of Commerce Decisions; ensuring that we stay competitive, innovative and aligned with the needs of the marketplace and our growing customer base.
Gavin took on the role of Managing Director (Executive Vice President) in early 2022, bringing his extensive experience and in-depth understanding of our business and the wider marketplace as well as his tremendous passion for our company and a real focus on our clients. Working closely with our owners Harris Computer, Gavin leads our exceptional team as we drive the business forward, doing what we love – delivering a great service, supporting the best possible outcomes and making a difference.
Kenny Holden – Director & VP Technology
Kenny took leadership of both our Software Development and IT teams at the beginning of 2022 having previously worked in a similar role at OneFile, another company in the Harris Computer Corp family. Kenny is a software developer by trade – he started his career developing mobile phone games when the industry was in its infancy, before moving on to take up Head of Technology roles at a couple of software companies.
Kenny brings with him a wealth of experience, not just in terms of making good use of technology, but also in working with clients to understand their requirements and building solutions to meet them. He joins Commerce Decisions at a significant time as we explore innovative future solutions to support the ever evolving of needs of the procurement industry. Kenny will play a key role in leading our Development and IT teams at this exciting time for the company.
Rachel Scott – Director & VP, Customer Success & Operations
Rachel joined Commerce Decisions in 2014 and has worn several Operations and Finance hats in that time. She currently undertakes the challenge of delighting our customers as Director & VP, Customer Success & Operations.
In 2021, Rachel undertook a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and in 2022 completed her Masters in Business Administration.
Rachel’s understanding of the company’s mission and vision, and having been a part of the core operations since 2014, place her in an excellent position to align our support offering to meet differing customer needs.
Peter Marshall – Professional Services Director
Peter’s expertise includes procurement strategy, RFX development, requirements management, planning and executing evaluations, negotiation and contractor de-briefing.
Olivia Siwanowicz – Financial Controller
Olivia has been part of the Harris family in Canada since the beginning of 2020 but moved over to Commerce Decisions in 2021 to lead our finance function. Olivia is now based in the UK, and coordinates the financial requirements of Commerce Decisions alongside those of our parent company. Aside from ensuring that our finance department runs smoothly, she also offers support to other companies in the Harris UK family.
