In June 2019, the Government of Canada passed amendments to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations. One aspect of the amendments removed some of the powers of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. This was a great opportunity for our colleagues in Canada to develop their industry knowledge and hear first hand what this means for the future of procurement.
