Improving your bid through a different perspective

Whether you’re a supplier or procurer, you’ll be all too aware that the secret to success lies within the evaluation stage. For every project achieving a fair and transparent competition, as well as the desired outcome/product is key.

For those of you who attended this year’s Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) event you may have heard our consultants Andy White and Steve Bishop spill the beans on evaluation during their session, ‘Evaluation Masterclass: The Secrets to Success.’ The Masterclass focused on our top three areas for significantly improving your procurement success: innovation; wargaming and compliance.
